AI Itineraries (“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using our Service, you agree to this Policy.

• Generate and email itineraries you request and purchase.
• Process payments and send receipts via Stripe.
• Improve prompts and reliability (aggregate, minimal logs).

We do not sell your personal data.

3) Sharing

We share data only with service providers acting on our behalf:

• OpenAI — itinerary generation based on your inputs.
• Resend — email delivery of itineraries/PDFs.
• pdflayer — HTML→PDF conversion of your itinerary.
• Stripe — payment processing and receipts.
• Cloudflare — hosting, logs, security, analytics.

4) Legal Bases

• Contract — to deliver purchased itineraries.
• Legitimate interests — to improve and secure the Service.
• Consent — for optional marketing (if you opt in).

5) Retention

• Form submissions: up to 30 days in KV (to enable delivery/support).
• Email metadata: up to 90 days (Resend).
• Transactions: 7 years (accounting/tax law).

6) Your Rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data, and can opt out of marketing at any time.
